Valiant Explorers is established with a view to promote Sports among the young generation. We agreed to initiate our operations at Jaipur as we felt that the Capital City of the largest Indian State by area has the infrastructure and talent but lacks behind in quality sports interactions. The basic sports events are circled around Sawai Mansingh Stadium with regard to IPL and Pro Kabaddi League. When it comes to other sports events related to youngsters there aren’t many. Similarly, if you compare the Rajasthan sports community participating in the Olympics they lack way behind in the numbers compared to their neighbours like Haryana or Delhi. Same is the result at the National level competitions.
The future may be less benign with regard to Rajasthan sports. To use a cliché, it is likely to be Volatile Uncertain Complex and Ambiguous. Sports growth is sluggish in most places of Rajasthan as many areas are still untouched by the vast infrastructural conversion. The impact of sports mind set has taken a drastic change.

On the other hand, new platforms of various sports have emerged out of IPL and Pro Kabaddi Leagues, promising to create a magical new world and amazing new opportunities for sports person. Sports entrepreneurship is creating the next generation of sports companies and new wealth for sportsmen & women. While the future looks murky for non-performers, on balance I believe that it holds amazing promise for anyone pursuing sport as a career. Though as a sportsperson if you are willing to work hard, take some risk, be a leader, there never has been a better time to be alive than today as Indian government and private sector is rolling out numerous scholarships, opportunities and platforms.
